What we did

We started by addressing the common starting point for web projects: identifying the website’s pain points. Our primary focus was on low engagement and conversion rates, as well as internal challenges with website management and page creation.

In the SaaS industry, boosting conversion rates is essential and directly impacts revenue. To achieve this, we conducted in-depth user journey mapping sessions to refine the structure of each page, making it more relatable and engaging for visitors.

We then transformed these prototypes into an interactive and visually captivating website, powered by WPBakery and enhanced with GSAP and ScrollTrigger animations—an approach proven to drive user engagement. On the backend, we built a robust system that empowered the client with full control, enabling them to create new pages and posts easily using custom WPBakery blocks we developed.

Collaborating closely with the client’s IT team, we deployed and monitored the site on their preferred cloud hosting provider.

The outcome? The client was thrilled with the results and committed to future projects with us.

Constructing a robust and agile backend framework

A key project requirement was to enable internal teams to easily create pages and posts post-handover, which we achieved seamlessly. Each block was built modularly, and WPBakery was enhanced to pull parameters from the custom ACF options page, called “theme settings.”

The process was simple: admins could create branding elements under “theme settings” (e.g., new button styles). These options would then automatically appear in our custom WPBakery blocks, enabling the client to build unique, tailored layouts without any coding.
